The Social Links plugin adds a widget to your WordPress website allowing you to display icons linking to your social profiles.

Supported networks:

Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, Delicious, LastFM, MySpace, Vimeo, StumbleUpon, orkut, Dribbble

Download and Install:

You can install this plugin via the WordPress Plugin directory in your WordPress Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Plugins->Add New
  2. Search for “The Social Links” and click “Install Now”
  3. Click “Settings” once you have installed the plugin to configure your social network links or look under Appearance -> The Social Link Settings
  4. Go to your widgets and add the “The Social Link” widget to your sidebar.

If you would prefer to do it manually, download the plugin from WordPress and follow these instructions:

  1. Extract the download file
  2. Upload ‘the-social-links’ folder to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
  3. Activate the plugin in the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress Dashboard
  4. Click “Settings” once you have installed the plugin to configure your social network links.
